constitute the rules and conditions for using the official website, mobile application, membership portal, and related services of NNLE &ldquo;Georgian National Climbing Federation&rdquo; (hereinafter &mdash; &ldquo;Federation&rdquo;). By accepting them, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\n\n<p>If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions and do not wish to be bound by them, please do not use the Federation&rsquo;s website or application, do not register as a member, and do not utilize the available services and privileges.<\/p>\n\n<h2>Article 1. Definition of Terms<\/h2>\n<p>Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the text, the terms used in these Terms and Conditions have the following meanings:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>1.1. Federation \/ Service Provider:<\/strong> A non-entrepreneurial (non-commercial) legal entity established under the legislation of Georgia, NNLE &ldquo;Georgian National Climbing Federation&rdquo; (ID: 405761297);<\/li>\n<li><strong>1.2. Legal Address:<\/strong> Georgia, Tbilisi, 7e R. Chkhikvadze Street;<\/li>\n<li><strong>1.3. Actual Address (Headquarters \/ Base):<\/strong> Georgia, Tbilisi, 49a I. Chavchavadze Avenue;<\/li>\n<li><strong>1.4. Website:<\/strong> The official website of the Federation: <a href=\"https:\/\/geoclimbing.ge\">www.geoclimbing.ge<\/a>;<\/li>\n<li><strong>1.5. Contact Information:<\/strong> Phone: <a href=\"tel:+995559000170\">559 000 170<\/a>; Email: <a href=\"mailto:info@geoclimbing.ge\">info@geoclimbing.ge<\/a>;<\/li>\n<li><strong>1.6. Working Hours:<\/strong> Monday - Friday: 10:00 - 19:00 (or according to the schedule specified for events and competitions);<\/li>\n<li><strong>1.7. Federation Member:<\/strong> Physical persons who meet the criteria established by the Federation&rsquo;s Charter and these Terms, are registered in the system, and pay monthly membership fees.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2>Federation Membership and Service Rules<\/h2>\n<p>Welcome! Before registering as a member of NNLE &ldquo;Georgian National Climbing Federation&rdquo; or using its services, please read the following rules carefully:<\/p>\n\n<h3>1. Introduction<\/h3>\n<p>By accepting these conditions, confirming the agreement electronically, or signing the membership application, the Federation member (or applicant) expresses full consent to comply with these Terms and Conditions as well as the Federation&rsquo;s Charter.<\/p>\n\n<h3>2. Specifics of Sport Climbing, Health Guarantee, and Safety<\/h3>\n<p><strong>2.1. Awareness of Risks:<\/strong> The Federation member\/athlete acknowledges that sport climbing (bouldering, lead climbing, speed climbing, rock climbing, etc.) is a high-intensity sport involving potential risks. During training and competitions, there are risks of falling, muscle injuries, and joint damage.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2.2. Health Guarantee:<\/strong> The Federation member guarantees that they have no medical contraindications (cardiovascular diseases, severe spine\/joint injuries, epilepsy, etc.) that would prevent safe execution of climbing exercises and competitions or endanger their own health or that of others.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2.3.<\/strong> The Federation will not perform physical assessments or medical diagnostics of members. Any testing or coach evaluations are purely advisory and intended for athletic progress monitoring.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2.4. Safety and Equipment:<\/strong> Members must comply with international and internal safety standards. The use of certified climbing equipment in strict accordance with manufacturer instructions and safety rules is mandatory.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2.5.<\/strong> The Federation is not liable for health deterioration or injuries caused by violation of safety rules, disregard of instructions, or pre-existing medical conditions.<\/p>\n\n<h3>3. Member Status, Discounts, and Partner Privileges<\/h3>\n<p><strong>3.1. Identification:<\/strong> Digital or physical membership cards \/ QR codes are issued to Federation members to confirm their active member status.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3.2. Special Rates at Climbing Halls and Partners:<\/strong> Active Federation members enjoy exclusive discounted rates at partner climbing halls, sports equipment stores, and partner organizations (the active list of benefits is available on the website).<\/p>\n<p><strong>3.3. Event Participation:<\/strong> Federation members participate in championships, competitions, festivals, seminars, and training sessions organized by the Federation at preferential rates or free of charge (in accordance with the specific event regulations).<\/p>\n<p><strong>3.4.<\/strong> Transferring one&rsquo;s membership card or QR code to third parties to receive benefits is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in status revocation.<\/p>\n\n<h3>4. Monthly Membership Fee and Payment Terms<\/h3>\n<p><strong>4.1. Membership Fee Obligation:<\/strong> Federation members are obligated to pay monthly membership fees in a timely manner, as determined by the Federation&rsquo;s Board\/Charter.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4.2. Payment Method:<\/strong> Membership fees are paid online via the website\/application or by direct bank transfer to the Federation&rsquo;s account.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4.3. Arrears and Status Suspension:<\/strong> In case of non-payment or delay of membership fees, access to Federation benefits and partner discounts is automatically suspended until full settlement of arrears.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4.4.<\/strong> Paid membership fees are non-refundable, as they are used to support the statutory goals of the Federation and the development of the sport.<\/p>\n\n<h3>5. Use of Equipment and Federation Property<\/h3>\n<p><strong>5.1.<\/strong> In case of damage or loss of equipment (harnesses, ropes, carabiners) provided for temporary use at Federation events or facilities, the member is obligated to compensate for the damage caused.<\/p>\n\n<h3>6. Personal Belongings<\/h3>\n<p><strong>6.1.<\/strong> The Federation and its staff are not responsible for lost or damaged personal\/valuable items at events or premises.<\/p>\n\n<h3>7. Personal Data Processing, Marketing, and Media Coverage<\/h3>\n<p><strong>7.1. Data Processing:<\/strong> By submitting an application, the member consents to NNLE &ldquo;Georgian National Climbing Federation&rdquo; processing their personal data for membership administration, ranking management, and sending informational notices.<\/p>\n<p><strong>7.2. Photo and Video Coverage:<\/strong> Photo and video recording takes place during tournaments and events organized by the Federation. Members consent to the use of their image on official Federation resources and media for promoting the sport.<\/p>\n<p><strong>7.3.<\/strong> Members may opt out of receiving marketing messages at any time by emailing <a href=\"mailto:info@geoclimbing.ge\">info@geoclimbing.ge<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n<h3>8. Member Rights<\/h3>\n<p>Federation members have the right to enjoy statutory privileges, participate in national competitions, and utilize partner discounts.<\/p>\n\n<h3>9. Member Obligations<\/h3>\n<p><strong>9.1.<\/strong> Comply with the Federation&rsquo;s Charter, internal regulations, and sports ethics norms;<\/p>\n<p><strong>9.2.<\/strong> Pay monthly membership fees on time;<\/p>\n<p><strong>9.3.<\/strong> Respect judges, coaches, and fellow athletes.<\/p>\n\n<h3>10. Prohibited Conduct<\/h3>\n<p>Smoking, consumption of alcohol, banned stimulants (doping), or narcotics, as well as unsportsmanlike and aggressive behavior, is strictly prohibited at Federation events and premises.<\/p>\n\n<h3>11. Membership Termination and Expulsion<\/h3>\n<p>Membership may be terminated upon a member&rsquo;s written request, due to systematic non-payment of membership fees, or by decision of the Federation Board in cases of severe breach of ethics or Charter.<\/p>\n\n<h3>12. Financial Terms and Refunds<\/h3>\n<p>Membership fees and event registration fees are target-specific and non-refundable (unless an event is cancelled due to the Federation&rsquo;s fault).<\/p>\n\n<h3>13. Video and Audio Surveillance<\/h3>\n<p><strong>13.1.<\/strong> To ensure safety, prevent accidents, and investigate incidents, continuous video\/audio surveillance is active in NNLE &ldquo;Georgian National Climbing Federation&rdquo; headquarters, bases, and climbing areas (excluding locker rooms and restrooms).<\/p>\n\n<h3>14. Governing Law, Dispute Resolution, and Language Supremacy<\/h3>\n<p><strong>14.1.<\/strong> These Terms are governed by the active legislation of Georgia and the Federation&rsquo;s Charter. Any dispute shall be resolved through negotiation, or by the courts of Georgia if agreement is not reached.<\/p>\n<p><strong>14.2. Language Supremacy:<\/strong> These Terms and Conditions are executed in the Georgian language.
